Helen Hinkle

FOUNDER

Helen Hinkle is the founder and President of All Points Escrow, Inc. Mrs. Hinkle has helped recover more than $800 Million in settlements of behalf of classes of individual investors, pension funds, state governments and institutional investors impacted by alleged manipulation of financial markets. In addition to investigating and prosecuting claims against defendants, Mrs. Hinkle has negotiated class action settlements and guided these settlements through the approval process, including managing the work of settlement administrators and escrow agents, supervising the notification of potential class members, and directing the implementation of the court-approved plans to distribute funds to class members.

Over the course of his career, Mrs. Hinkle has represented clients as plaintiffs and defendants in a broad array of complex litigation matters, including federal securities and antitrust class actions, shareholder and director disputes, sensitive internal investigations, regulator inquiries, and whistleblower complaints. Mrs. Hinkle has appeared in both federal and state courts, and he has achieved favourable outcomes for a range of clients including charitable organizations, small business owners, and large corporations. Mr. Takahashi has significant experience managing the e-discovery process in complex litigation matters and working on matters involving expert witnesses.

Holding Escrows and Business Escrows: Helen's area of expertise is holding escrows and business sale escrows. Throughout the years, she has handled complex holding escrows for attorneys, brokers, receivers, and other fiduciaries who required a third-party fiduciary to draft escrow instructions and hold funds pursuant to the requirements of an underlying agreement. Additionally, Helen has been the escrow manager for numerous complex business sales, mergers and acquisitions, including franchise operations, gas stations, software and gaming companies, and other businesses.

Nathan Lowry

Nathan Lowry has been in the escrow industry for over 20 years. His extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial escrow has helped guide many complicated escrows to successful and happy conclusions for his clients. Nathan still runs an active desk. He feels that he is part of a client’s “life event” – purchasing a home or investment – and understands that it is important to handle each and every transaction with the utmost care and attention to detail. Nathan is a Member of the California Escrow Association and Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors®. During his free time, Nathan enjoys international travel, and spending time with friends and family, including his beloved dogs.

Jennifer Shattles

Jennifer Shattles has been in Real Estate for more than 25 years, working in both the mortgage and escrow industries. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain escrow paperwork easily and succinctly, while working efficiently with Lenders, Title Companies, Agents, Buyers and Sellers. Jennifer handles residential and commercial sales and refinances, and is deeply invested in helping clients understand their transactions.

Jeff Porter

Jeff Porter has worked in the escrow and banking industry for many years. In the escrow industry, he handled in particular, large, complex commercial transactions which called for organization and careful attention to detail. In the banking industry, he became well versed in the intricate resolution of complaints and issues. With this background, Jeff comes to All Points Escrow as the Senior Escrow Officer. His special skills and innate customer service personality will chart the course for the company in this time of federal Dodd Frank (TRID) compliance issues and the State of California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) regulatory schematics. He enjoys the successful closing of escrows that make for happy Agents, Buyers and Sellers. When he’s not working Jeff enjoys spending time with his family.

 

 

Heather Arnold

Heather Arnold has worked for All Points Escrow for nearly 15 years, assisting with escrow openings and processing. She’s a diligent worker and genuinely enjoys her job. Outside of the office, Heather's passions are animals, nature, and spending time with her daughter.

Katherine Lyons

Katherine Lyons has worked in the escrow/title industry for 14 years and has experience with many different types of escrows. Katherine is a Notary Public. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and practicing sign language.


 

 

Stefanie Mathews

Stefanie spent 17 years in Mortgage Lending and decided to make a career move and join the All Points Escrow Team. Her background in lending has proven very helpful in making that transition over to escrow. As an assistant she enjoys helping the clients with their questions and concerns, she believes communication is key and she strives to provide excellent customer service to the clients. Stefanie is also bilingual and having someone on our team that speaks Spanish is very beneficial to our clients. She enjoys her family trips and loves going camping.

 

 

Tracy Shanks

Tracy Shanks has been a proud member of All Points Escrow and began her career in escrow in 2015. Over the years, she has witnessed incredible growth and is passionate about helping clients navigate one of the most important transactions of their lives. As a dedicated and detail-oriented Policy Assistant with years of experience, Tracy is committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient process. She prioritizes accuracy and brings a reassuring touch to what can often be a complex journey. Outside of work, Tracy cherishes spending time with family and friends, building meaningful connections.

 

 

Russell Dickson

Russell Dickson has established himself as one of the great escrow professional officers. Russell holds the team to the highest standard of quality. His full-service escrow offering includes a specialization in Probate, Trust Sales, Conservatorship and both court and independent administration of Estate Act transactions. Outside of the office, Russell is an avid traveler, voracious reader and social butterfly. There’s nothing he likes more than heading out with his wife to entertain friends, many of whom started out as his clients.

Hanna Simon

Hanna Simon is Title Plant Manager at All Points Escrow. She has worked in the real estate industry after graduating from Hesperia Christian High School. She has been involved with many groups in the real estate community. She enjoys her career. Her goal throughout the day is to make her escrow officer’s day a bit easier. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. As a family, they travel and jeep together. She is compassionate about her life, family and friends.

 

 

Marry Robert

Marry Robert started her career in loan administrative service. When she helped out a shorthanded escrow department she knew she had found a career. Throughout her many years of experience, she emphasizes the fact that the customers are the most important focal point in every transaction. She has a positive attitude and patient demeanor which helps with customer satisfaction. She believes her most important accomplishment every day is to help the customer receive caring service and attention.

Sherry Johnson

Sherry Johnson is a legal assistant at All Points Escrow, Inc who brings over 10 years of legal experience in representing both individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of legal matters involving residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, and general civil litigation. Sherry is a trusted advisor known for using a thoughtful yet aggressive approach while also counselling clients on pragmatic solutions.

Sherry continually stays abreast of updates from the California Department of Real Estate, the California Association of Realtors, as well as new and pertinent legislation and court decisions impacting both the real estate industry and broader business community. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family
